Accept Returns?
Due to the particularity of customization, no reason to return or exchange is not accepted.
Our refund and returns policy applies only if the item is received with a fault, damaged, or is significantly different to the description. To help us process your request, we may ask for photos or other documentary evidence as proof, so we can best diagnose the problem and work on a solution for you.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. We will verify the order status within 24 hours, and complete the refund immediately after verification. Because after receiving the order, we need to prepare the product and package, and deliver it to the hand-made point before it is officially shipped. If you apply for a refund after 6 hours, we may charge 20% restocking fee, as well as the packing fee, and the round-trip fee to the hand-made point.

Return Window
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
- If due to quality issues, returned products are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Item Condition
The item must be returned in NEW condition, with the entire original package, accessories, manuals, etc. Please return it to the order shipping warehouse address, or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned back to you.
Restocking Fee
Normally 20% of the product price. For details, please refer to “Return reason and fees” terms and conditions.

Customer responsibility (remorse)
- If you need to cancel your order and apply for a refund after 6 hours (free within 6 hours), we may charge 20% restocking fee, as well as the packing fee, and the round-trip fee to the hand-made point.
Cost of return shipping (defective)
- If you find product quality problem and apply for refund within 30 days → Free returns
- If you exceed 30 days → Cannot return
Craftsmanship and Quality Guarantee
If you have found an issue in quality or craftsmanship, please contact us immediately and we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. Products that have been subject to abuse are not eligible. Products on our site are described as accurately as possible, but occasional slight variations may occur.
Return Rules
- We might ask buyer to test the item to eliminate improper use.
- We will cover all expense (item price + shipping) if confirmed due to manufacturing problem or our errors.
- Replacement/Refund will be made within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned goods.
- We strongly recommend using a service with tracking number.
- Items returned after the deadline may incur 20% restocking fee.
- There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- For damage caused by incorrect use, assembly, disassembly, or sharpening — we are not responsible.
